Permanent | Full time

Salary: £45,000 per annum. 

Our well established client are looking for an experienced Clinical Health Case Manager (MSK) to join their team on a permanent basis. 

In this role, you will be providing excellent case management (MSK) services to clients working within company service legal agreements, coaching their managers to enable employees to maintain return to work.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide professional evidence based written reports, providing advice on adjustments and return to work.
  • Case coaching for line managers and referrers to help them manage their employee, or to submit a quality referral to help them to manage their employee’s attendance at work.
  • You will complete 8 appointments per day, each appointment being 45 minutes 
  • Support the triage function of the Business Unit.

Qualifications:

  • HCPC
  • Degree in Physiotherapy.
