Occupational Health Advisor - Nuneaton - 40k + Car Allowance - In-House

In-House Occupational Health Advisor - Nuneaton - 40k + Car Allowance (Part Home based)

Our client leading company within its industry is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join its in-house Occupational Health team.

The role will be based in Nuneaton and home based with occasional travel to their other sites in the area. You would also need to travel to their HQ once a month for meetings and training.

They are looking for someone who has very good IT skills, up to date knowledge on legislation and who can perform the full Occupational Health remit.

The role will mainly concentrate on Case Management but you can expect to do:

-Sickness Absence

-Return to Work

-Health Surveillance

-Health Education

-Supporting/ Educating Managers

As this is on-site role you will be building long lasting relationships with the various business groups you will be working within.
