We are currently looking to recruit a self organised and experienced manager within Occupational Health to head up our clients Health Surveillance operations. This is a senior management role and the perfect individual will be experienced in managing a team of Occupational Health professionals including Occupational Health Technicians, Nurses and Advisor’s.

Key duties:

Expertise in Health Surveillance to give advice to other senior clinicians UK wide.

You will have a genuine passion for health surveillance and health and wellbeing.

Develop policies and training plans.

You will be experienced in auditing.

Ensure effective day to day management and set an example to your fellow Occupational Health professionals.

Ensuring client expectations are met and services delivered in accordance with service level agreements.

Ensure all Occupational Health services are delivered in an efficient, effective manner

Be responsible for building key client relationships

Coordinate ongoing training and professional development of clinical teams.

Home based can be considered for 3 days however the 2 other days will require you to be onsite in Northampton. Candidates will be knowledgeable of all aspects of Occupational Health and be looking to step away from a predominantly clinical setting.

Salary up to £50,000pa plus car allowance or company car, private medical and dental cover, pension scheme and other flexible benefits.
