This role is perfect for someone with clinical expertise and management experience who would like a role that involves both case management and managing a team of Occupational Health professionals.

Our client are looking for Senior Occupational Health Advisor to be based on a single site in Nottingham. No additional travel required.

The Lead Occupational Health Advisor will be carrying out the following whilst still continuing with their own case load:

-Advise on complex cases and lead both the clinical team and administration team effectively

-Maintain and create policies and procedures to develop a pro-active practice

-Sickness Absence

-Case Management (complex)

-Return to Work

-Health Surveillance
