Our client is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join them who is looking to progress their career as they are looking for someone to who can cover a number of different tasks on

a daily basis. They are looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor who can work closely for the Occupational Health Lead and work with them to improve on an already good service.

The Senior Occupational Health Advisor will be involved in:

-Case Management (complex)

-Mentoring less experienced team members

-Giving advice to the team on Occupational Health issues

-Being the main point of contact when the Occupational Health Lead is out of the business

-Looking at improvement of the service (training, education, working methods etc)

-Working with the OH Lead on Policies & Procedures

-Sickness Trends Analysis

-Stakeholder meetings

-Work reviews with team members

The client is looking for:

-Experienced SOHA

-NMC Part 3

-Motivated to progress and learn new things

-Flexible

-Able to build relationships with team members

-Previous experience in performing the full Occupational Health remit
