Up to £46,500 + excellent benefits
Dorset + home working 
18 month fixed term contract

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to be based partly on site in Dorset and mixed with some home working. Working within the occupational health and wellbeing team, if you really enjoy a challenging role then this is the role for you!!

This is a fixed term two year contract but a really fantastic opportunity if you feel you need the security out side of a contract position.

The Senior Occupational Health Advisor will have a varied role including: 

-Support management with the Occupational Health Service
-Case Management (remote and face to face)
-Health Surveillance Assessments as and when required
-Building relationships with Management and HR 
-Looking at ways to improve them team 
-Complex Case Management 
-Sickness Absence 
-Return to Work
