Homebased Clinical Training Manager

Full Time - Permanent

We have an exciting new role for an Occupational Health Clinical Training Manager to work from home supporting our client with their continued growth.  In this role you will:

 - Create a bespoke training programme for all Case Managers
 - Provide a supportive induction and training programme for new and existing Case Managers
 - Provide excellent leadership and clinical supervision
 - Work closely with HR and Recruitment to manage staffing requirements

In order to be considered for this role, you will be a Registered Nurse and experienced Occupational Health Case Manager. You will also have experience of managing a team or function and will have excellent IT skills.
