Working for an in house organisation you will be part of a successful Occupational Health department and play a huge part in implementing health and wellbeing throughout the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic with a strategic mindset bringing new ideas to help improve the health and wellbeing service.

The Occupational Health and Wellbeing department is evolving and the Senior Occupational Health role has been created to support the expansion of services.

The Senior Occupational Health Advisor will lead the clinical services and undertake a variety of clinical services including:

-Risk based medicals
-Case management
-Pre-placement assessments
-Face to face consultations
-Flexible working can be offered
-Supporting Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager to develop processes and procedures.

The successful candidate should have a recognised Occupational Health Qualification, or be willing to work towards this qualification once in post which will be supported by the organisation.
