Head of Occupational Health-In House

12 month fixed term contract

Our client is looking for a Head of  Occupational Health to be based in Leicestershire with occasional travel in the Midlands when required this is a great opportunity for an Occupational Health Manager to continue their success and step in to a new role as head of an in house department.

The role will be to set up and deliver an OH strategy for a shared service, negotiate and set service level agreements and KPI's to ensure customer service needs are met. Recruitment and training of the clinical team, auditing of the OH departments.

You will champion and promote Health, Wellbeing and Resilience to the different workforce groups with pro-active and reactive services, plans and education. Plan and deliver upon the strategy to 
support, empower, educate and make people feel safe in the working environment. 

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, management and workforce leaders within the business in order to understand current, trending and emerging wellbeing needs within the business. 

Proactive planning in order for the business to reactive to complex case needs in a quick and efficient matter. 

Plan and Implement wellbeing events throughout the business including: Health, Wellbeing, Exercise and Education. 

Budget Management.

Candidates must hold an OH qualification and have experience of managing a team within Occupational Health.
