As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Identifying and approaching new B2B clients to introduce the company’s advertising services.
  • Building and maintaining strong, consultative relationships with existing clients.
  • Actively generating new business through cold calling, outreach, and networking.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging sales materials and proposals.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, both in revenue and new client acquisition.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

 

The ideal Business Development Executive will have:

 

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in advertising, media, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A target-driven mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
