Situation
Director of a growing network of practices contacted us as they were in urgent need of people and to join 3 of their locations in the Midlands and London and felt they had exhausted the networks of local recruiters they had been working with.
What we did
Needing 3 urgent hires 2 in the Midlands and 1 in London, we decided to go with a recruiter led approach and did not advertise the roles on any job boards or social media. We sent a short video to our candidates in the areas explaining that the company was growing its team in the locations due to growth and spoke about the clients’ ambitions to grow the business more, meaning in the future their will be development and promotion opportunities. Our recruiters then started speaking to candidates who matched the clients needs.
Both locations are highly populated and therefore we had many conversations with candidates who were potentially interested or not interested because they are happy in their jobs, working as a contractor/locum.
