Our client is a progressive and dynamic private sector organisation who is looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Health Advisor.

The client is look for a flexible Senior Occupational Health Advisor holds the Occupational Health Degree and is part 3 of the NMC.

They are looking for someone who can do;

-Case Management

-Sickness Absence

-Return to Work

-Health Surveillance

-Health Promotion

-Fit to Work

-PPQ's

Lead a small team which consists of: Occupational Health Admin, Occupational Health Technician and Occupational Health Nurse.

Promote Occupational Health within the organisation to ensure that employees understand what Occupational Health does and how they use the service.

Ensure the department is up to date with its legislation, Policies and Procedures.

Attend the clients other site - all local to Newport.

This role offers the new Senior Occupational Health Advisor the opportunity to shape and progress an Occupational Health department.
