Home Based Occupational Health Service Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a highly efficient, enthusiastic Occupational Health professional to join our team as a home based Manager in the North.

Your role will require you to work remotely as a strategic service delivery Manager for client contracts across the North of England, making site visits occasionally and ensuring effective implementation of Occupational Health services.

Key duties:

Take responsibility for being the lead on client contracts in the region.

Ensure effective day to day management of the on-site Occupational Health teams

Support contract implementation by ensuring client expectations are met and services delivered in accordance with service level agreements

Ensure all Occupational Health services are delivered in an efficient, effective manner

Manage clinical tea performance

Be responsible for building key client relationships

Coordinate ongoing training and professional development of clinical teams

This role is home based although occasional site visits to key client sites will be required. Candidates will be knowledgeable of all aspects of Occupational Health and be looking to step away from a predominantly clinical setting.

Self-drive and motivation is key as is the ability to nurture key relationships.

Salary up to £50,000pa plus car allowance or company car, private medical and dental cover, pension scheme and other flexible benefits.
