Are you currently a Team Leader or Senior/ Occupational Health Advisor who is looking to progress your career?

Our client is experiencing huge growth within their organisation and due to progression within their team they are looking for a new Occupational Health Team Leader.

In the role you will have lots of support from the Occupational Health Manager and Senior Management.

The role will looking after a small team of Occupational Health Nurses and Advisors covering a main site and 1/2 smaller sites that are close to each other.

Day to Day

-Team Management

-Diary Management

-Managing your own Case Load

-Managing the Health Surveillance

-Providing advice and answers on clinical queries

-Helping the team to progress their skills and experience

-Ensuring the team are working with their SLA's

-Attending meetings with the client to discuss the service
