Our client who is a global leader within their Industry are experiencing continuous growth across their business including their UK bases.

The client is based on over 15 countries across the world, work with some of worlds leading brands and have over 25000 staff members throughout their business. They recognise their success, continued growth and future growth is down to all the hard work of the people who work with them.

This is a rare opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to work within their In-House team who can really put their stamp on the department. You will be joining the organisation at exciting times due to growth and they are growing their UK Occupational Health team. The organisation wants Occupational Health to continue to be a big part of the business to ensure that their employee receive the best support and advice to keep them healthy in the work place.

The Occupational Health service is a Nurse led service and they are looking for the next Occupational Health Advisor to have the following skills and expertise:

-Delivering health and wellbeing activities

-Case Management, Return to Work and Sickness Absence

-Carrying Health Surveillance including Audiometry, Spirometry and HAVs (desirable)

-Provide a referral service such as referring to OHP, Physio and counselling services

-You will have a recognised Occupational Health qualification along with expertise experience in this field

The company is looking for Occupational Health Advisors who have can implement and their own ideas on new strategies to improve OH department (Health education, On-Boarding, Lowering Sickness Absence etc).
