Greys Specialist Recruitment is looking to add another Recruitment Consultant to its growing team. Greys is a young dynamic recruitment specialist which is growing. We work with some of the biggest names in our sectors and have an ever-growing reputation.

We are looking for highly ambitious, driven people who are prepared to work hard in order to achieve results. We are a team and therefore need team players to come and helps us become more successful together. This is a 360 recruitment role where you will constantly be building relationships with clients and candidates, profiling new candidates, attending client meetings, arranging interviews and managing the offer and on-boarding process. At the present time we have more jobs than we can cope which means you have the opportunity to place people into jobs from day 1.

We are looking for someone who can:

-Liaise with candidates and clients to build relationships

-Qualify Candidates against current jobs

-Manage the recruitment process

-Network with target client & candidates

-Deliver results

Salary is negotiable, commission is excellent and uncapped
