Our client has decided to bring their Occupational Health Department In-House and they are building a national Occupational Health Team.

They are offering the successful Occupational Health Advisor joins their team in Surrey the opportunity to be part of the growth and development

of the team and service. They are offering ongoing training/ CPD, excellent benefits and further career progression.

The organisation is looking to develop a leading Occupational Health department is valued within them and has the health and wellbeing of its employees at the

forefront of the service it offers them.

The Occupational Health Advisor will be based at its main base in Surrey, but will need to occasionally travel to their other locations inside and outside of Surrey (all expenses paid).

They are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor who wants the challenge of being part of new and growing team.

On a daily basis the Occupational Health Advisor will do:

-Plan and Deliver Health Surveillance Programmes

-Case Management

-Sickness Absence

-Fitness to Work

-Return to Work

-Health Promotion and Education

-Involved In UK Wide Health initiatives

-Sickness Trends

-Management and Mentoring of Occupational Health Technician(s)

-HAVs T3 would be an ideal but not essential
