Our client who is a leader in their field is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to work within their UK wide team.

You will be based on their site in Leicester and will work n a team with a Physio, Admin and OHP (when needed), but you will access to Clinical Lead and many OHA's for support.

The Occupational Health Advisor will have a varied role including:

-Case Management (3/4 cases per day)

-Sickness Absence

-Return to Work

-Answering queries from the OH Tech

-Floor walking (risks or issues)

-Attending Health & Wellbeing meetings

-HR Meetings

-Wellbeing initiatives
