Our in house client is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to manage their Occupational Health team whilst their recruit their permanent member of staff. 

Working as part of the management team your focus will be providing clinical leadership and support.

The successful candidate will have the following:

-Leadership and management experience within Occupational Health
-Deliver high quality evidence based health and wellbeing services
-Work with stakeholders
-Auditing
-Manage and oversee a small team of Occupational Health professionals

 

Essential Skills:

-Part 3 of the Register
-Previous Occupational Health Management experience
-Auditing and appraisal skills to continuously improve the clinical performance of the OH teams.
