Our in-house client are looking for a Head of Occupational Health to lead their established OH service. You would be required to work on site in Guernsey, contributing to the continued success of the department and the Health & Wellbeing strategy.
Head of Occupational Health Duties:
- Ensuring the implementation of policy objectives of; staff immunisation and screening, sickness absence, sharps and splash injury management and infection prevention and control
- Reporting to the HR Business Partner
- Providing advice and strategic guidance regarding staff health and wellbeing
- Policy planning and development
- Developing the OH team and manging team training
- Representing the OH service during committees

Head of Occupational Health Required Skills:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
- Specialist OH Practitioner
- Strong Occupational Health experience
- Strong management experience
- Full Driving License
