Job Summary:

As an Operations Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive learning experience aimed at providing you with a holistic understanding of their business functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to prepare for advancement to the Operations Manager position, both domestically and internationally. You'll oversee departmental functions to ensure quality, strategic goals, and customer satisfaction. With hands-on experience across various departments, you'll contribute to their business's success while honing your management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a hands-on training program, rotating through different departments.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency across departments.
  • Achieve performance objectives set by upper management.
  • Shadow experienced employees to absorb knowledge and best practices.
  • Lead or assist in special projects as directed.
  • Provide regular progress reports on goals.
  • Collaborate with management to monitor performance progress.
  • Offer support in various departments as required.
  • Foster effective communication between departments.
  • Fulfil additional duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Quick learner with a drive for career advancement.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker focused on business goals.
  • Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
