Greys Specialist Recruitment is working with an award winning In-house client, who are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Manager.
The successful candidate will be leading a team of Occupational Health Advisors to support business goals, budgets and business management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior clinicians
- Ensure the occupational health business needs are met
- Lead manage and mentor a team of OHAs to meet current and future business needs
- Assist in development, delivery and achievement of wellbeing targets
- Work closely with business decision makers to understand business challenges and provide OH support
Qualifications:
- Degree in OH – SCPHN with Part 3 on the NMC registration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- OH nursing experience
- Experience in leading a team of OH specialist practitioners
- Managing and supporting the development of procedures, protocols and policies
- Leading and delivering a successful OH service
Skills:
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
- Emotionally resilient
- Effective verbal and communication skills
- Ability to use required IT systems
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders
