Greys Specialist Recruitment is working with an award winning In-house client, who are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Manager.


The successful candidate will be leading a team of Occupational Health Advisors to support business goals, budgets and business management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior clinicians
  • Ensure the occupational health business needs are met
  • Lead manage and mentor a team of OHAs to meet current and future business needs
  • Assist in development, delivery and achievement of wellbeing targets
  • Work closely with business decision makers to understand business challenges and provide OH support



  • Degree in OH – SCPHN with Part 3 on the NMC registration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • OH nursing experience
  • Experience in leading a team of OH specialist practitioners
  • Managing and supporting the development of procedures, protocols and policies
  • Leading and delivering a successful OH service



  • Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
  • Emotionally resilient
  • Effective verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to use required IT systems
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders
