Workplace Health Sales Executive

The Opportunity:


We are recruiting for and ambitious individuals with a passion for sales to join our team as a Workplace Health Sales Executive. Whether you have 2 years' experience in the occupational health industry or are looking to kickstart your career in this field, we want you to be a part of our journey. This is an inbound B2B Sales role, with a focus on conversion, a rare opportunity which would suit someone with experience in the sale of services into both public and private sector businesses. You will work along side the Bid Management team in the case of larger clients, though you will manage the sales process directly with the CEO where relevant.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

 

  • You will be responding quickly and effectively to new enquiries from potential customers regarding new business, conducting effective telephone and team-based meetings to determine customer needs and volumes required.
  • You will use your consultative selling techniques to gain customers' buy-in to the business’s services., always looking to upsell other relevant services based on customer needs.
  • You will create accurate costing proposals using internal calculators, and always keep detailed notes on all enquiries in the pipeline.
  • To summarise, you will negotiate proposals with customers and converting enquiries into orders, handing over orders effectively to the operations team for delivery, developing relationships with key stakeholders and providing feedback for sales improvement, always working towards the business’s mission and vision and promoting the organization’s culture and values.

 

What You'll Get in Return:

 

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 plus commission of between £5,000 and £8000 a year based on conversation of enquiries, with hybrid working from their offices based in Stockport.

Key Skill Requirements:

 

You will have a solid understanding of B2B Sales, ideally within Occupational Health Services, with a high standard of written and verbal communication. Alongside this, you will have demonstrable experience of displaying organisation, time-management, and schedule-planning, with persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills.
