Position: Occupational Health Advisor - In-House
Type: Full Time | Permanent (Job Sharing Considered)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £45,000

About the Role: Are you a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join their in-house, nurse-led team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you’re passionate about promoting health and well-being in the workplace, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Provide expert management of individual health cases.
• Sickness Absence: Oversee and manage sickness absence, ensuring optimal health and productivity.
• Health Surveillance: Conduct regular health checks and assessments.
• Health Promotion: Develop and implement health and wellness initiatives within the organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Qualified Occupational Health Advisor, or Registered Nurse with extensive occupational health experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in the full occupational health remit.

• Commitment: Ability to work full-time, with job-sharing options available.
