Position: Occupational Health Advisor - In-House
Type: Part-Time | Temporary | 3 or 4 Days per Week

About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to temporarily join their in-house, nurse-led team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide crucial support and make a meaningful impact within a professional healthcare setting. The role is expected to last for approximately 3 months, requiring your expertise 3 or 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Handle and manage individual health cases with care and precision.
- Sickness Absence: Monitor and manage sickness absence, ensuring the well-being of staff and smooth operation of the team.
- Health Promotion: Actively promote health and wellness initiatives within the workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
- Professionalism: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Immediate availability to commit to a 3-month temporary role.
