Occupational Therapist
Permanent | Full time role based in Manchester
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Our well established client are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and assistance to the lead consultant regarding the therapeutic programme on the unit
- Engage the patients on the unit in helpful, therapeutic and meaningful activity.
- Manage and co-ordinate individual treatment plans for occupational therapy and activities
- Provide 1:1 OT assessment and treatment
- Develop close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues
- Provide excellent oral and written communication and possess exceptional organisational skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC registered
- Occupational Therapy degree
- Experience of working individually and in groups with a range of complex mental health in an inpatient setting.
