Location: Huddersfield (hybrid)
Contract: 6-months temporary contract
££Hourly Rate

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Occupational Health Advisor to join our client's team in Huddersfield. If you’re passionate about workplace wellbeing and would like the flexibility of a temporary contract, this role is for you. You’ll manage health cases, conduct health surveillance, and collaborate with the on-site Physiotherapist to keep the workforce healthy and thriving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments.
  • Carry out case management with a proactive approach, providing top-notch advice and support.
  • Drive health promotion initiatives and support the management of long-term conditions.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in Occupational Health with a strong focus on case management and health surveillance.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as a key team player.
  • Flexibility to balance on-site and remote work effectively.
