Full-time (37.5 hrs/week including 2 remote days) or part-time (3 onsite days – 25 hrs)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to deliver high-quality onsite and remote services, including case management, health surveillance, vaccinations, and health promotion.
You’ll work closely with HR, Health & Safety, and employees to support wellbeing and compliance across diverse work environments.
Key Duties:
Manage employee health cases and return-to-work plans
Conduct health surveillance (audiometry, spirometry, vision tests)
Administer vaccinations and perform phlebotomy
Carry out risk assessments and support wellbeing initiatives
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
Produce clear, evidence-based reports
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a qualification in Occupational Health (Part 1 or 3 NMC)
Experience in case management and workplace health assessments
Strong knowledge of UK OH legislation
Confident with IT systems and report writing
Flexible, self-motivated, and people-focused
