Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

Location: Bootle, Liverpool
Position: Occupational Health Advisor (Full or Part-Time, Permanent)
Salary: Up to £45,777 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Holiday: Starting with 28 days plus Bank Holidays

Join a dynamic in-house team dedicated to making a real difference! As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality occupational health support across the organisation, fostering a healthier environment for all staff.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a diverse caseload, including complex cases
- Support employee return-to-work processes
- Handle sickness absence management
- Conduct health surveillance and pre-employment assessments
- Contribute to the continuous development of the Occupational Health department
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in occupational health nursing
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Strong communication and case management skills
