Content Producer

Are you a creative producer with a passion for lifestyle trends and live experiences?

We’re working with a well-established, independent events business to recruit a Content Producer for one of the UK’s most recognisable consumer exhibitions. With a focus on home, interiors and innovation, this nationally celebrated event draws large audiences and media attention every year.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the delivery of content features, stage programming, speaker coordination, and live activations – everything from wine trails to workshops and expert-led sessions. You’ll also have a strong commercial mindset, developing brand-led content features and sponsorship-friendly experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute a content plan that elevates visitor engagement
  • Oversee all stages, demonstrations, workshops, and live entertainment
  • Source and manage speakers, celebrity talent, and expert contributors
  • Build and maintain detailed content schedules and run-of-shows
  • Work with internal teams and sponsors to deliver branded feature areas
  • Ensure all content is aligned with creative, commercial and strategic goals
  • Manage budgets, timelines and supplier relationships
  • Ensure a smooth on-site delivery during the live event

 

About You

 

  • 3–5 years’ experience in content production or live event management
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality, audience-focused content
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident working with talent, sponsors, and production teams
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Budget management experience and a flair for bringing ideas to life
  • Passion for home, lifestyle or consumer-facing content is a plus
