Event Co-Ordinator
Are you passionate about live events and bringing iconic consumer experiences to life?
We’re partnering with a leading UK events company to recruit an Event Coordinator for a flagship show widely recognised as the nation’s premier home design and innovation event.
This event has been inspiring visitors since 2005 and continues to set the standard for creativity, style, and engagement in the live exhibition space.
Your Role
You’ll be a vital part of the Events and Operations teams, supporting the end-to-end delivery of this large-scale consumer show. Your responsibilities will cover everything from feature installations and sponsor activations to on-site logistics and managing budgets.
Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Sponsorship, and Features teams to ensure every element is perfectly aligned with the overall show vision and brand standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support planning and delivery of feature areas, sponsor activations, and event infrastructure
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on logistics, supplier and contractor management, and venue liaison
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sponsor branding deadlines and asset deliveries run smoothly
- Assist in the design, sourcing, and budget management of creative props, furnishings, and materials that enhance the visitor experience
- Help manage on-site build schedules, signage installation, and ensure correct placement of event elements
- Work on-site during show days, managing contractor activity and solving real-time operational challenges
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records, including invoices and budgets
- Prepare and track detailed show schedules and critical paths to meet project milestones
About You
- Experience in live events, exhibitions, or similar roles is preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A strong eye for design and detail, paired with practical delivery skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with both internal teams and external suppliers
- Willingness and flexibility to travel and work onsite at UK venues, including weekends
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
