Advertising Sales Consultant - Brighton

A leading regional media brand is on the lookout for an Advertising Sales Consultant to join their fast-paced commercial team. You'll be the face of an exciting portfolio of lifestyle publications, helping local and national brands shine across premium print, digital, social, and event platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Pitching and selling multi-platform advertising packages to local businesses and big brands alike
  • Owning your territory—managing your own diary, attending face-to-face meetings across Brighton and Sussex
  • Hitting and smashing sales targets with uncapped commission as your reward
  • Creating smart, results-driven campaigns that deliver real ROI for clients
  • Collaborating with creative and editorial teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Managing your pipeline, logging activity, and keeping clients coming back for more

About You:

  • B2B sales experience is a must—media or advertising sales is a huge bonus
  • You love closing deals and building strong client relationships
  • You’re confident presenting ideas, negotiating with decision-makers, and working towards ambitious goals
  • You’re organised, self-driven, and thrive when you’re out and about
  • You have a full UK driving licence and a good knowledge of the Brighton/Sussex area
  • You’re digitally aware and ready to sell across online channels (training provided if needed)
