Marketing Manager
A leading organisation in the live events sector is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to take ownership of a high-profile UK consumer exhibition. This long-running, large-scale event attracts significant public attention, with six-figure visitor numbers annually and hundreds of exhibiting brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across all channels, from digital and print to PR and partnerships.
About the Role:
Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative marketing team, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering integrated campaigns that drive attendance, engagement and revenue. You'll also play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of the event brand, overseeing campaign activity before, during, and after the live show – including onsite activation.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with energy, initiative, and the ability to work strategically while managing detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fully integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, CRM, social, print, PR and media
- Lead customer acquisition and retention strategies based on audience insight and data segmentation
- Manage external agencies (media, PR, creative, digital) and internal stakeholders
- Drive media and promotional partnerships with relevant third parties and influencers
- Oversee onsite marketing delivery during the 10-day event, including content capture and brand activation
- Analyse campaign performance and produce reports to optimise results and support business objectives
- Manage website and CRM platforms, ensuring consistency, SEO optimisation and user engagement
- Align campaigns with broader commercial goals through close collaboration with sales, content and operations teams
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within events, exhibitions or consumer-facing campaigns
- Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across a range of channels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, CRM and CMS tools
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Creative, commercially minded, and confident working in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable taking ownership and leading campaign direction from brief to delivery
