Occupational Health Advisor

Occupational Health Advisor (OHA)
Remote | Permanent 
Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week)

Greys are supporting one of the UK’s leading providers of occupational health and wellbeing services in their search for a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor. The team has a genuinely supportive culture, a solid clinical structure behind it, and a real focus on helping people feel well.

This is a fully remote role, working with a broad range of cases across different sectors. 

The role at a glance:

  • Case management (telephone-based)

  • High-quality, evidence-based report writing

  • Supporting clients with absence management, fitness for work advice 

  • Opportunities to mentor and support less experienced clinicians

  • Strong clinical leadership, training and development

Requirements:

  • NMC Part 1 registration

  • A postgrad qualification in Occupational Health (ideally, not essential)

  • Experience in case management and remote working

  • Clear communication, excellent time management, and a decent level of IT confidence

  • A genuine interest in supporting people to stay well at work
