We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to take the reins of a flagship lifestyle and interiors event—an iconic show with a rich heritage and a reputation for innovation. The Role
As Commercial Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue across sponsorships, experiential activations, and exhibitor stand sales. You’ll develop creative, tailored solutions for major brands, build long-term commercial partnerships, and ensure flawless delivery alongside a talented event, marketing, and operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales across sponsorship and exhibitor revenue for a flagship consumer exhibition

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sponsors, partners, and exhibitors

  • Create engaging, customised proposals that meet client objectives

  • Close high-value deals and nurture long-term client relationships

  • Work with creative teams to design integrated sponsorship activations

  • Monitor performance metrics to optimise pricing, floorplans, and sales strategy

  • Attend industry events to identify new opportunities and maintain market insight

  • Provide post-show analysis and contribute to future event growth strategies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in senior sponsorship and/or exhibition sales

  • Experience driving revenue for large-scale consumer or lifestyle events

  • Confidence pitching to senior decision-makers and closing high-value deals

  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills

  • Commercial creativity with the ability to spot and shape new opportunities

  • A collaborative approach, with the drive to lead and inspire others

  • Experience in lifestyle, interiors, or consumer-facing sectors is an advantage
