Occupational Health Administrator

Contract Occupational Health Administrator 

Hull 

22.5 hours per week

£hourly rate

About the Role:
As an Occupational Health Administrator, you will play a key role in facilitating the delivery of services aimed at protecting and promoting employee health. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the overall administration of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to communications related to occupational health services
  • Coordinate appointments and assessments for employees
  • Maintain and update confidential records and databases
  • Support the smooth running of the occupational health department through various administrative tasks
  • Assist the team in delivering high-quality health and wellbeing services

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping systems
