Full time | Permanent
HYBRID - Based in Milton Keynes or would consider Birmingham, Manchester or Glasgow
Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 per annum
Greys Specialist Recruitment are recruiting for a specialist lead to drive the development and implementation of our client’s occupational health, hygiene, and wellbeing strategy. You will act as the internal authority in these areas, providing assurance, leading policy and standards, and integrating health into operations and projects.
You’ll mentor a team of specialists, liaise with external bodies, use data to shape strategy, and respond to health incidents with expert oversight.
Qualifications & experience:
- Registered Nurse (or equivalent regulated profession) with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health
- Proven experience in safety-critical or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of health legislation, risk assessment, and safety management
- Experience managing teams and delivering OH/H&W programmes
- Ability to use data insights to drive measurable improvements
Desirable:
- Part 3 NMC (SCPHN – OH) registration
- Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2)
