- Coach and develop a talented team of marketing professionals.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship, content, and visitor campaigns.
About You
You’re a confident and creative marketing leader with a proven background in large-scale B2B events, exhibitions, or conferences. You know how to unite data and creativity to deliver campaigns that engage, convert, and grow audiences.
You bring:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in event or exhibition marketing.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing activity to sales performance.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, CRM automation, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading and motivating a high-performing team.
- The drive to innovate, adapt, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
