We are recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader to lead a small, clinical team delivering high-quality occupational health and minor treatment services across several sites in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is passionate about service excellence and team development.

The Role

As the Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership while ensuring contractual and professional standards are consistently met. You will play a key role in shaping a positive team culture, supporting wellbeing initiatives, and working collaboratively with key stakeholders.

This is an onsite role, where you will cover sites from Euston to West Ruislip. All locations are easily accessible via public transport, with travel costs covered within TFL zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Occupational Health Nurses and Occupational Health Technicians
  • Deliver occupational health services and minor treatments
  • Manage recruitment, inductions, appraisals, and ongoing competency assessments
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with professional and clinical standards
  • Coordinate and promote workplace wellbeing initiatives

About You

  • Registered General Nurse with SCPHN qualification and Part 3 NMC registration
  • Proven leadership experience within a multidisciplinary occupational health setting
  • Strong occupational health background (essential)
  • Desirable experience in:
    • A&E
    • Vaccinations
    • Mentoring or supporting OH students

Hours & Location

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm, with flexibility required
  • Based across multiple London sites (Euston to West Ruislip)
