Sales Development Representative

A fast-growing, sales-driven business based in Salford Quays is looking to add ambitious Sales Development Representatives to its high-performing team. This is a pure opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, thrives on targets, and wants to earn serious money in a meritocratic environment.

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective B2B clients, responsible for opening conversations, generating interest, and booking qualified appointments for the wider Business Development team. This is a phone-led role suited to confident communicators who enjoy volume, momentum, and winning.

Key responsibilities

  • Making high-volume outbound calls and sending follow-up emails to prospective B2B clients

  • Introducing services clearly and confidently to generate interest and secure appointments

  • Qualifying prospects by understanding their needs and commercial drivers

  • Managing and updating activity accurately within the CRM system

  • Following up on warm leads from marketing activity and previous conversations

  • Hitting and exceeding daily call, conversation, and appointment targets

  • Working closely with the wider sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

  • Feeding back market insight and objections to improve sales strategy

Experience and profile

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, SDR, telesales or telemarketing is advantageous but not essential

  • Confident, articulate communicator who is comfortable speaking to decision-makers

  • Resilient, target-driven and motivated by commission and progression

  • Organised, professional, and able to manage a fast-paced workload

  • Ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term sales career

What’s on offer

  • Basic salary between £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience

  • Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £37,000 – £46,000+
