Key Account Manager

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join their revenue team. This is a hands-on role supporting key accounts, driving business development, and helping the sales team achieve targets across a fast-paced and expanding organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the day-to-day running of the sales office and assist the team in achieving their targets
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customer enquiries, including pricing and account support
  • Maintain regular contact with key accounts and identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare quotations, provide product advice, and deliver professional customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Monitor orders, update customers on changes or delays, and ensure urgent dispatches are met
  • Answer calls promptly and follow up on missed enquiries
  • Provide sales data, track progress against targets, and report on KPIs

 

Skills & Experience Required:

 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, driven, and results-focused
  • Ability and willingness to learn the company’s product range
  • Right to work in the UK

 

Desirable Skills & Experience:

 

  • Knowledge of a similar industry, ideally physical security or technical products
  • Previous experience in business development or account management
  • Full UK driving licence
