I am currently working with one of our clients a leading provider of Occupational Health services to recruit an Occupational Health Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis in Oxford.
You will be responsible for the overall management and performance of occupational health services providing leadership, clinical supervision, and line management to an on-site, multi-disciplinary clinical team.
You will be required to work closely with senior client stakeholders and build strong partnerships to deliver agreed occupational health and wellbeing objectives.
You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure services are compliant.
On an ad-hoc basis you will carry out case management.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing Occupational Health contracts as a Clinician
- Current NMC registration
- Experienced in Occupational Health clinical delivery as Occupational Health Advisor or similar
- Experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical employees.
- Experience of using data as a tool to take the service forward.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Salary £48,000 - £53,000 per annum + benefits.
