Occupational Health Advisor

Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

Location: Gloucester

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:00

Contract: Ongoing, starting late March

Pay: Hourly

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor for a clinical role within an established service. This is a full-time, ongoing temporary contract focusing on case management and clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex case management and fitness-for-work assessments

  • Provide specialist occupational health advice to management and staff.

  • Lead service delivery and provide clinical supervision to junior staff.

  • Support departmental projects and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Formal OH qualification and RGN (NMC registered).

  • Experience: Proven track record in case management and autonomous OH practice.

  • Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

  • Skills: Strong clinical leadership and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
