Occupational Health Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our multidisciplinary team.

This role focuses on delivering expert occupational health support through case management and health surveillance, helping to promote employee wellbeing in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive case management and occupational health advice

  • Support health surveillance programmes

  • Manage travel health requirements, including assessments and vaccinations (training available)

  • Collaborate with HR and Health & Safety teams on health policies and procedures

  • Provide health promotion and education

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and reporting

About You

  • Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration

  • Post-registration qualification in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma)

  • Proven occupational health and case management experience

  • Strong communication and IT skills

  • Able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Hours

Part time, Monday–Thursday, 7.5 hours per day (between 8:00am–6:00pm).
