Receptionist

A leading provider of workplace health and wellbeing services is looking to appoint a professional and personable Receptionist to join their on-site team in Halewood.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become the face of a growing wellbeing operation, supporting on-site clinics and playing a key role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience.

The Role

As the first point of contact on site, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for all visitors, clients, and internal teams. You will manage a busy reception environment while supporting wider administrative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the reception desk and welcoming visitors to on-site clinics and meetings
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and appointment bookings
  • Coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments via internal systems
  • Processing incoming mail and distributing to relevant teams
  • Supporting facilities coordination, including maintenance and wellbeing events
  • Arranging couriers and managing deliveries and collections
  • Providing administrative support including document preparation, presentations, scanning, and printing
  • Assisting with on-site health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Providing cover across additional sites when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Self-motivated with a flexible, team-oriented approach
  • A genuine interest in health and wellbeing
