Occupational Health Advisor

Location: Birmingham, Oswestry (RJAH), Stoke-on-Trent
Contract: 3 weeks
Pay Rate: £45 per hour
Hours: 2 days per week (15 hours)

We are seeking an experienced HAVS Tier 3 Clinician for a short-term agency contract across multiple sites.

Locations

  • Birmingham (Hill Street) – 1 day
  • Oswestry (RJAH) – 2 days
  • Stoke-on-Trent – 3 days

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct HAVS Tier 3 clinical assessments (up to 7 cases per day)
  • Assess fitness for work and recommend workplace adjustments
  • Identify early signs of HAVS and advise on management
  • Undertake case management when clinics are not scheduled
  • Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant health records
  • Produce reports and liaise with HR and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Registered healthcare professional (NMC or HCPC)
  • HAVS Tier 3 qualified with relevant experience
  • Knowledge of HSE guidance and occupational health practices
  • Strong communication, report writing, and IT skills

This is a flexible, part-time role offering a competitive hourly rate and immediate start.
