Salary: £36-£38k per annum (dependent on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity to transition into Occupational Health while remaining hands-on in a clinical setting. You’ll play a key role in supporting employee health and wellbeing, combining treatment, emergency response and preventative care in a varied and rewarding role.

The Role:
Working as part of a supportive onsite team, you’ll deliver a full occupational health service, with a strong focus on both immediate care and proactive health management.
Occupational Health Nurse Key Responsibilities:
Emergency & Acute Care
- Provide onsite emergency response and first-line treatment
- Assess and manage a range of injuries and acute presentations
- Participate in emergency response training and preparedness
Clinical & Treatment Services
- Run nurse-led clinics, assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses
- Deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced but controlled environment
Health Screening & Surveillance
- Carry out pre-employment and safety-critical medicals
- Deliver health surveillance including audiometry, spirometry and HAVS assessments
- Support drug & alcohol testing and fitness for work assessments
Wellbeing & Prevention
- Deliver health promotion initiatives and wellbeing campaigns
- Provide lifestyle advice and support long-term health improvements
- Deliver engaging health talks and education sessions
About You
Essential:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN), current NMC pin
- Background in A&E, emergency care or acute settings (essential)
- Confident working independently and making clinical decisions
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
- Occupational Health experience (not essential training can be supported)
