Our client, a recognised leader in their field, is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their established UK-wide Occupational Health team. Based at their site in Leicester, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in employee wellbeing while becoming an integral part of a friendly and collaborative department.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality occupational health service across a range of activities, including:

  • Managing a varied case management workload 
  • Supporting sickness absence management
  • Conducting return-to-work assessments
  • Providing guidance and support by answering queries from the Occupational Health Technician
  • Floor walking to identify workplace risks and health concerns
  • Attending Health & Wellbeing meetings
  • Supporting and delivering wellbeing initiatives
  • Carrying out health surveillance and health promotion activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Occupational Health Advisor with strong case management skills and a proactive approach to workplace wellbeing. You will enjoy building relationships, working collaboratively, and making a positive impact on employee health.
