Job Vacancy: Temporary Occupational Health Advisor (OHA)

Location: Southampton (Head office & key customer sites)

Position Type: Temporary / Contract

Working Pattern: 4 or 5 days per week

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly. Weekly pay.

Duration: 3-5 months

Overview

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a flexible, temporary clinical role with excellent team support?

We are seeking a qualified OHA to join our client on a temporary basis to deliver high-quality occupational health services across their head office and key customer sites in Southampton. This role offers the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day working week with the backing of a strong clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Conduct management referrals, DSE assessments, and workplace medicals.

  • Health Surveillance: Deliver statutory health surveillance in line with HSE guidelines.

  • Clinical Oversight: Review and support the work of on-site OH Technicians.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Active NMC registration (Adult Nursing) AND a recognised qualification in Occupational Health.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in an OH setting.

  • Licence: Full UK driving licence (required for travel to customer sites).

  • Skills: Strong IT literacy and excellent communication skills.
