We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Occupational Health Advisor to join a growing Occupational Health team with responsibility for leading and developing a small Carlisle based team of Occupational Health Technicians and Occupational Health Nurse Advisors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Occupational Health professional who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and driving high-quality service delivery.

As Lead Occupational Health Advisor, you will:
Lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team
Ensure high clinical standards and quality-driven delivery
Mentor team members, supporting their professional development and career progression
Review and sign off Occupational Health Technician work, escalating abnormal findings where appropriate
Develop, maintain, and improve clinical policies, procedures, and SOPs

Clinical Duties
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will maintain a clinical caseload including:
Management referrals
Complex case management
Fitness for work assessments
Occasional health surveillance activities

About You
Registered Nurse with a recognised Occupational Health qualification
Strong Occupational Health case management experience
Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience
Passionate about developing teams and improving clinical standards
